Payment Methods
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
Pay-Pal, Visa-Master Card Credit Cards, Money Orders if received 15 days before check-in date.
Checks only when received with a minimum of 45 days before check-in date.
A valid credit card number must be supplied and on record until check-out date.
DEPOSIT
Security and reservation deposit required. Half of total amount of stay.
CANCELLATIONS
Seven (7) days cancellation policy, (no charge). After the 7-day deadline has passed, there will be no refunds. Early departures can not be refunded. The 7-day interval will end at 12 noon, (local time), of the scheduled arrival day.
FEES AND TAXES
Local Taxes and fees will be added to bill.
(12% local, tourism and federal taxes.)
Extended stays will require extra fees.
